Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. CST

 

After Hours Support:
Is available for purchase from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. CST, seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day.

 

Maintenance Contracts:
Ongoing Maintenance is available in 1, 2, or 3-year coverage plans.  You can purchase a software maintenance contract at a price that could save a lot of money and headaches over the long term.  Includes all future software upgrades and patches and 24X7 phone technical support for FREE. 

 

Other Fee-Based Tech Support:
If you didn’t purchase Maintenance, support is available on-site or by telephone on a per-incident basis.

 

Training:     
Web-based Training i
s available in 1 or 2 hour class plans.  Our Web Training is complete with comprehensive documentation and online training resources. You can also email our Technology Consultants questions and receive responses.

 

Onsite Training is available with comprehensive documentation and training instructors.
